As I was writing this article, I was currently flying back to Las Vegas coming from San Francisco for a three days tour. As much as I can compare, Las Vegas City were far more a suitable place to live in, and San Francisco bay area, in my opinion, were only a place for a short time visit. In comparison, most parking areas in San Francisco required fees; The Golden Gate Bridge were a money making machine (must pay toll fee); and The real estate living condition were very congested. Although, the real estate had a different venue due to its stunning attraction near on the ocean bay. How-ever, I still enjoyed the vacation tour and quite an experience. Nothing in my whole life could compared Las Vegas in any other way.

Real Estate negotiations has always been a time consuming process to dictate an absolute outcome of an agreement. But why do we really exactly need to negotiate?
